I always wanted to read those books, specially the ones with Han Solo.

I think is great to have an big fandon, but only if its something well good like Star Wars The lord of the Rings and that kind of stuff... not the Twilight crap or most of the anime crap ( i like anime but most of it really sucks )

most anime that winds up on tv sucks. Track down Last Exile, The early Studio Ghibli movies, Escaflowne, Cowboy Bebop, The ghost in the shell tv show, Full Metal Panic... I got lots!

I'd say I'm not a Star Wars geek because I never read any of the EU material and only played the KotOR games and Jedi Academy but I make too much use of Wookiepedia and run both editions of the D20 Star Wars RPG, so that argument rings hollow for me.
